AltBrandsHub (altbrandshub.com) is an independent comparison website operated by AffsMedia LTD. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, how we use it and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you send us. If you email us, we keep your email address and what you wrote so we can reply.
Information collected automatically. When you visit, our servers and analytics tools record your IP address and approximate location, browser and device type, the pages you view and how long you stay, the site or ad that referred you, and advertising click identifiers passed in the page address (for example a Google click ID).
What we do not collect. This site has no accounts, no checkout and no forms that ask about you. Any purchase you make is on the store’s own site, under its own privacy policy; we never see your payment details or delivery address.
How we use it
To run and improve the site, to understand which pages and sources bring visitors, to measure which listings are clicked, to be paid by the companies listed for the visitors we refer, to answer your messages, and to meet legal obligations.
Cookies, analytics and referral tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics (such as Google Analytics, PostHog or Microsoft Clarity) and for referral tracking. When you click through to a company listed on this site, we pass a click identifier to our tracking partner so that the company can attribute your visit, sign-up or purchase to this site. The company or our tracking partner may then confirm to us that a sign-up or purchase occurred, together with the order details needed to calculate our referral fee, such as the order number, amount and products. We do not receive your name, payment details or any medical information through this process. Our Cookie Policy lists the cookies in use. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.
Who we share it with
Service providers that host the site, run analytics or run our referral tracking, under contracts that limit their use of the data; the companies you click through to, as described above; and authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Analytics and referral data are kept for as long as needed to run the site and settle referral fees, and then deleted or aggregated. Emails are kept as long as the conversation is live.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict its use, and to opt out of analytics tracking. Write to info@altbrandshub.com and we will respond within 30 days. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom may also complain to their data-protection authority. California residents have the rights set out in the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete.
Children
This site is for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy by posting the new version here with a new “Last updated” date.
